Yoga Burn

A session of Kundalini yoga lasts between 1h and 1h30. It can be practice alone or in community, preferably in the morning, even if the Kundalini is one of the only yoga that one can do in the evenings.

In a sitting position, we work a lot on the breath with pranayama (control of vital energy through the breath) by making a distinction between the breath through the right nostril and by the left. It performs movements with the arms and the body so rhythmic, one sings, one uses the mantras (positive messages), meditate on... in Short, one becomes totally aware of his body and his mind. It is a form of inner spirituality.
