Abstract

Nuestra aportación intenta ofrecer una herramienta de intervención al profesor tutor para afrontar el conflicto desde el espacio de la tutoría como un espacio interpersonal de ayuda basado en el modelo de Carkhuff (1969). Profundizamos en la necesidad de establecer un vínculo adecuado con los alumnos, basado en las destrezas de ayuda: empatía, respeto y autenticidad, desarrollando un modelo alternativo de ayuda (MA).
