Fórmulas generales para la determinación de áreas y volúmenes

Con este trabajo se consigue reducir las distintas fórmulas, que sirven para determinar las áreas de figuras planas y espaciales, a unas pocas de carácter general. Del mismo modo para las de los volúmenes de los diferentes cuerpos geométricos. Asimismo, se estudia la fórmula de Simpson, que, prácticamente, se puede utilizar para determinar la casi totalidad de los volúmenes de las figuras espaciales. Se hace, además, una aplicación de esta fórmula para las áreas de las figuras planas que cumplan ciertas condiciones. Finalmente se hace un estudio de algunas fórmulas que dan un valor aproximado del volumen de un tonel.Downloads
