Author Biography

Jean-Marie Lassus, Université de Nantes / Université de Poitiers

Jean-Marie Lassus is an university professor in the Department of Hispanic Studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Cultures of the Université de Nantes and a member of the CRLA-Archivos research team at the Université de Poitiers. His research focuses on the writing of history and representations of imaginaries in contemporary Latin American literature and on texts about the conquest and colonisation of the New World (16th century).
