Call for Papers

The call for manuscripts for the Articles, Notes, and Reviews sections of Volume 31 (2025) of Philologica Canariensia, a peer-reviewed open access scholarly journal published by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is now open.

Researchers who wish to participate in any of these sections can send us their papers before December 15, 2024 by registering as authors on our website. In the Submissions section you will find all the necessary information on the guidelines for the submission of originals.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to close the on-line platform earlier than expected, depending on the number of submissions received, in order to guarantee the time required for preliminary reviews, peer reviews, and production of accepted papers.

The different sections of the journal are open to any kind of work on topics related to Language, Linguistics, Literary Theory, and Literature in the field of Spanish, English, and French-speaking countries, as well as in the area of Classical Studies (Latin and Greek). Contributions may be written in English, French, or Spanish.
