Abstract

El presente artículo expone la situación que los profesores principiantes universitarios presentan en el momento en que se incorporan a la vida profesional. A través del estudio descriptivo realizado se han determinado los elementos que los profesores universitarios de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Córdoba creen que son necesarios para que el proceso de aprender a enseñar se realice con total plenitud, desencadenando las mínimas situaciones problemáticas en los docentes principiantes.
